It is crazy to see the time slipping by so fast. It makes me realize how precious time really is, and how important it is to enjoy the time we have together. As I grow older, and continue down my path, I tend to see things differently than I did as a younger man. I have come to value happiness above all other pursuits.
What I find most important now is the friendships I have developed over the years with so many different people in my life. Family, friends, neighbors, employees, and client relationships all play an integral role as I develop my happiness and grow as a human being. We may be different in many aspects, but we all share a simple desire to be happy.
For me, happiness is achieved by creating a balanced life of family, friends, work, health and hobbies. These five aspects of my life are very important to me. Sometimes one can take over the other four. However, a delicate balance of all five elements creates a truly happy feeling for me. Family is definitely the most important aspect of my life. But, the others all play an integral role in allowing me to enjoy a balanced and active lifestyle.
Why am I writing about happiness? Well, the work part of me understands that happy customers and happy employees are the most important aspect of what Morse Remodeling does in our community. Our motto says it all: design, build, ENJOY. As an employer, I know that happy employees are the first ingredient to creating a successful remodeling project. All of our team at Morse enjoys what we do, and the way we go about doing it. We have developed a comprehensive and streamlined approach to new home construction and remodeling. We are a dedicated group of individuals that specialize in our own unique job descriptions and take pride in our skills for each aspect of the construction project. From the initial design, to the final job walk, we have creatively engaged employees working diligently towards a successful project. The final result we are striving for is a happy customer.
This year, Morse remodeling will be celebrating 20 years of business in Davis and the surrounding areas. As the owner of Morse Remodeling, I am proud that we have made hundreds of happy customers over the last two decades. Our team wishes to continue this pursuit of happy customers for the next 20 years. The way we do this is with integrity. There is no ‘smoke and mirrors’ with the way we operate. By building a trustworthy relationship with our customers, we are able to provide our professional services with integrity and passion.
So, if your pursuit of happiness entails a room addition or a renovated kitchen or bathroom in the near future, please consider our team at Morse Remodeling and Custom Homes. If you have already used our design and build services, and understand what we represent as a remodeling company, please pass along a trustworthy referral of Morse Remodeling to your friends and/or family.
